Q: Do you offer discounts for purchasing large quantities?

A: With the launch of our new shopping cart system on November 13, 2007, you may now receive discounts for multiple copies. At this time, however, it is not automated within the cart, so please feel free to contact us regarding discounts on more than 5 copies.

Q: How many copies of the music am I able to print after purchasing sheet music from you?

A: For each piece of sheet music you purchase from LDSMusicNow.com you are licensed to print only one copy. For additional licenses please purchase additional copies of the piece or songbook.

Q: Do you plan to offer sheet music from other popular LDS artists like Janice Kapp Perry?

A: We are continually working to expand our offering of sheet music. You can certainly expect us to bring more and more popular artists to our catalog. Should there be a particular artist or group you're interested in, feel free to contact us.

Q: Will you ever offer MP3's for download like iTunes? I have a hard time finding LDS music there.

A: Yes! Our sister-site, LDSTunesNow, was launched on January 1, 2007. LDSTunesNow features an even larger selection with individual MP3 song prices starting at $0.99 and albums at $9.99; all with the same great service you've come to expect from us at LDSMusicNow.

Q: I found a typo on your website.

A: Thank you! Yes, even we make mistakes. :-) Please let us know where the typo is.

Q: Where are you based?

A: Technically we're based in Eagle Mountain, Utah. We also have partners in both Sandy and Lehi, Utah.

Q: Do you plan to allow for those outside of the United States to make purchases?

A: Yes, however, pricing for the site is only listed in US dollars at this time.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account nor do I want to signup for one to make a purchase from you.

A: As of Saturday, Novemeber 17, 2007, we now accept purchases from any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, & Discover). You can also make a purchase through PayPal, or even by using Google Checkout.

Q: I purchased a song, but didn't get an e-mail with download instructions.

A: After you have completed the purchase process, an e-mail with download instructions is sent to you. If you did not receive this e-mail, please verify that it did not arrive in your spam or junk mail folders. We also recommend adding to your address book to ensure delivery. Otherwise, please contact us, and we'll have the file sent to you.

Q: I downloaded a song, but I can't find where the file was downloaded.

A: If you are using Firefox, Netscape, or Safari files are downloaded to your desktop by default. You should find the file there. Internet Explorer users are prompted to save the file initially, so the file can be found in the location you specified.

Q: Do I need any special program to open, view, and print the sheet music I download?

A: Yes, but you most likely already have it installed. All of our sheet music is in portable document format (PDF) and can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html to download the application if you do not currently have it installed.

Q: Are Mac users also able to download sheet music from your store?

A: Anyone with a computer, web browser, and the ability to open PDF documents is able to use our service. The website has been built with compliant XHTML code as well as PHP, so as long as you have a modern web browser you should not experience any problems. Should you find yourself running into problems, we suggest using an alternate browser. Our suggestion, Firefox.

Q: If I purchase a song, how long does it take before I'm able to download it?

A: Since we utilize PayPal's IPN, once you make a purchase you are able to instantly download the file(s). After your purchase, you are redirected to a page on our site to download the songs or songbooks you purchased. An e-mail with instructions for downloading the song(s) is also sent as a backup.

Q: How much time do I have to download a song after I've purchased it?

A: The link you will receive remains active for 120 hours. Please be sure to check your e-mail after your purchase as the file(s) will be available for download immediately.

Q: Why does the music I downloaded have a copyright notice?

A: When you purchase our music, you receive an e-mail license document and an e-mail receipt for the number of copies you paid for. This is your proof of purchase. Simply put those documents together with the
song in your music library, to show the music was legally downloaded. The copyright notice remains on the music for a reminder to others that additional copies are illegal.

Once you have downloaded the music, you can either print the number of copies you purchased from your computer, or print one and photocopy the rest from that, with your documentation providing the proof of purchase.

This method is more convenient to our customers and avoids any mailing delays.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive in the mail?

A: Since we are a download-only provider, nothing is ever mailed to you. After your purchase, you're immediately redirected to a page on our site to download your purchase. An e-mail is also sent as a backup.
