| Available Sheet Music From April Moriarty |
In her teens, April began teaching lessons and playing professionally as a studio musician and member of a symphony. She studied in Switzerland and then traveled and performed throughout Europe. One of her favorite musical experiences was playing under the baton of Leonard Bernstein at the Hollywood Bowl. Most recently she has collaborated with pianist, Todd McCabe, on a series of instrumental CD's for piano and violin entitled "My Redeemer Lives." Volume 1, "Calvary", Volume 2, "Galilee", and recently released Volume 3, "Bethlehem", their new collection of Christmas songs and hymns. Songbooks and seperate violin Parts are available for each CD. April is a recipient of a Listener's Choice Award and finalist for a distinguished Pearl Award.
